Each patient receives a specifically designed exercise programme to promote a return to full function. Whatever your individual requirements are I aim to cater for general everyday activity needs to elite sporting requirements. Your programme will comprise exercises to correct postural problems, improve strength, co-ordination and flexibility.

I also incorporate clinical pilates into many patients exercise programmes. This system offers great spinal mobility and core exercises for good posture and spinal strength and is very useful for those recovering particularly from back injury or the ante-natal/post-natal patient population.
